Willard Bryan Thompson

Willard Bryan Thompson, age 66, passed away on June 29, 2012 in the Woodlands, Texas. An only child,Will was born on November 27, 1947 in Denison, Texas to Sybil and Carl Thompson. He graduated from Clinton Missouri High in Clinton, Missouri and The Saint Louis College of Music with a degree in classical music. He met and fell in love with Judy Hudson and they were married on April 11, 1970 in Irving, Texas. He was a long time resident of Spring, Texas. They had just celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary. He was the father of two children, three grand children, and three step-grand children. Will was a lively and outgoing person who never met a stranger. As a chemist, inventor, and promoter, he developed, among various products, “Ernie The Hartz Chicken”, Blue Wonder Gun Care products and APS Advanced Pain Relief spray. Will’s greatest joys were his family, singing and playing the guitar and fellowship with his Masonic brothers. He was a member of the N.W. Masonic Lodge # 1434 in Spring, Texas where he was a lodge instructor and held many offices including Sr. Deacon, 2011-2012. He was also a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason and a member of the York Rite. Will was preceded in death by his mother, Sybil Irene Willard Thompson. He is survived by his father, Carl Hubert Thompson, his loving wife Judy Annette Thompson, his daughter, Dana Marie Bible and her husband, Roy Bible of Spring, Texas, his son, Terry Daniel Bryan Thompson and his wife, Chauna Thompson of Spring, Texas; three grandchildren, Devan, Cierra, and Jack Thompson and three step-grand children, Austin Foster, Abby Bible , and Christian Bible. Services will be held Saturday, July 7, 2012, at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Spring Baptist Church located at 1027 South Cypress Rd, Spring, Texas 77373.
