December 13, 1969 - October 18, 2020

Charlene Elizabeth Lansden of Spring, Tx, died unexpectedly on October 18, 2020 at the age of 50 at her home. Charlene is survived by her husband John Lansden; parents Allan and Marrie Hancock, her children Bethany Ryan (Charles) and Charlene Blevins (David), her 4 grandchildren Aeden, Eric, John, and Atlas. Followed in death by her 2 siblings Carl and Bonnie. Charlene was born in Ohio County, Ky December 13th, 1969 and adopted by Allan and Marrie Hancock. She graduated from Westfield High School and attended Lone Star College. She worked as a Starts Coordinator at various home building companies. In 1989, Charlene married her high school sweet heart, John. In 1988 and 2004, Charlene and John welcomed Charlene's sister, Bonnie's daughters; Charlene Estes and Bethany Scott into their home. In the following years, her Charlene's grandchildren became a major part of her life. Charlene was a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed traveling and photography of nature with her husband, John. She enjoyed her many trips to Oregon and Montana. She was always there for loved ones and friends, listening to problems and helping with what she could. She was very kind hearted and put others first. She enjoyed being with friends and playing pool. She loved cooking for family during the holidays. As her final wishes, her ashes will be laid to rest at Trillium Lake in Oregon. A viewing is scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. followed by service at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27th at Addison Funeral Home located at 18630 Kuykendahl Rd Spring, Tx 77379.
