Dale William Hickman, 64, of Spring, TX passed away May 17, 2021. He was born in San Marcos, TX, on November 1, 1956 to Dr. Donald Charles and Barbara Dahl Hickman. He graduated from East Chambers High School in Winnie, TX and earned his bachelor’s degree from University of Houston. Dale was a Supply Chain Manager for Enbridge and several other companies over his long career. Dale was married to Linda Hickman, the love of his life, in August 2010. Everyone watched in awe as their fairytale romance blossomed and thrived. His life, love, and passion revolved around family and friends. Dale loved cooking and hosting gatherings at his house, but also was content with a quiet evening alone with Linda. His never-ending patience and calmness was very evident to all who knew him. Above all, Dale was a caregiver at heart and always put the care of others first in his life. His many life interests included traveling, concerts, beach, golf, and sports. Dale was an avid Houston Astros and Texans fan. He was a father figure and role model in the lives of his beloved grandsons. He also touched and shaped the lives of many young people over years of coaching his daughter’s softball teams. Dale is survived by his loving wife, parents, and children, Lauren Hickman, Erin Eitel, Kristina Trader, and Justin Silver; grandchildren, Kade Eitel, Aiden Machala, Aubree Hickman, and CJ Cisneros. He is also survived by his brothers Mark, Gary and spouse Laurie Hickman, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, William H. Dahl and Charles W. Hickman.
