William James Pace

December 13, 1943 - May 21, 2020

William (Billy)James Pace, age 76, died on May 21, 2020 of natural causes. Billy was born December 13, 1943, in Portales, New Mexico to Katherine and Edwin William (Buck) Pace. He was married to Yvette Miller on November 25, 1966 in Lovington, New Mexico, who survives him at home in Tomball, Texas. Billy was retired from a long career in the propane gas business. He received an Associate Degree in Accounting in 2005. He was an active member of First Baptist Church, Tomball, TX. He is survived also by three sons: James Pace (Allison) of Ridgeland, SC; Jeff Pace (Trey) of Jacksonville, FL; and John Pace (J.D.) of Austin, TX; Three grandchildren: Tyler Pace (Sara) of Hardeeville, SC, Monica Duque, (Rodrigo) of Gardner, KS, and Olivia Pace of Ridgeland, SC; and two great granddaughters: Hannah Pace and Iris Duque. Billy is survived by a sister, Lois Joyner of Ft. Worth, TX, a brother, David Pace(Telia) of Queen Creek, AZ, and many nieces and nephews. A brother, Marion Pace, preceded him in death, as well as a great nephew, Cody Pace. A private Memorial Service was held in the home in Tomball, TX on May 24,2020.
