Addison Funeral Home is pleased to post our prices online.  The following prices are based on payment being made with check or cash. PRICES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024 AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGEArrangements can be made online or in person.

1. We can accept an insurance assignment if the policy has been in force for at least two years. We must have a copy of the policy factsheet or declaration page and a telephone number to the insurance company. The insurance company must verify the policy is in force and assignable before we can accept it. Other restrictions may apply.

2. Upgrades on caskets, outer burial containers and other items are available at competitive prices.

These packages include a package discount. If any item is removed from the package, the discount is also removed.

We never charge extra:

  • For residential or facility calls (within 50-mile radius)
  • For after-hours calls
  • For weekend calls
  • Cosmetizing and hairstyling costs included in package prices

We always provide free of charge:

  • Register book
  • Thank-you cards
  • Standard memorial folders
  • Rosary service, Rosary Beads, Prayer Cards, Crucifix
  • Personalized Digital Video

We do not require you to purchase a casket for a cremation with viewing service. Also, we will accept most prearrangement insurance plans, whether you purchased them from us or not.

The following prices are based on payment being made with check or cash. Packages include a bundled discount. If any item is removed from the bundle, the discount is also removed.

Methods of Payment Currently Accepted Include: Local checks, cashiers checks, money order, cash, debit and credit cards, life insurance (if in force for at least two years).
